Ally Controls new Extrusion control system retrofit kit allows management of an entire extrusion line via modern HMI-Software and a 19-inch touch screen. Using Siemens S7-1500 PLC, can be installed new or retrofitted onto any extrusion application.

EXTRUSION CONTROL
The Extrusion Controls system combines handling and a control system in a unique way, according to High Tech, with an operating terminal optimized for heavy industrial conditions, including a fanless and therefore maintenance-free industrial-PC. The communication between the Extrusion Control and all drives, peripheral devices and downstream equipment works through a PROFINET bus system.
Reliability and shorter down times are achieved by simple wiring because of selected high-class components, an analysis program and remote maintenance via LAN and/or WAN. In 99% of all cases, because of the system’s design, the customer can maintain or exchange spare, according to High Tech, eliminating the need for a technician to visit.
