Machine Commissioning
We offer a comprehensive machine commissioning and installation service. With all of our mechanical and electrical installations, we always begin by thoroughly inspection to ensure the required parameters are kept. We also ensure that all auxiliary and supervisory circuits required for the machine to start and operate are fully checked. The main areas of work we offer when commissioning and installing machines include
- Visual inspection of the main cable terminals
- Checking of the cooling and lubricating systems
- Electrical measurement and checking of all wiring
- Testing and calibrating of all setup parameters
- Protection testing
- Power and connections testing
- Checking the idle running and load running.
- Checking the operating parameters, including load sharing, checking operating temperatures and vibrations.
Final Service Report
Once we have undertaken all of the main commissioning and installation tasks as highlighted above, the commissioning work is completed. We will always hand over the machine and equipment to the client, with a full record and final service report. This extensive report includes a detailed description of the work undertaken, set values, summary and our recommendations for the future use of the machine.
Thermal Camera Measurement
In addition to our machine commissioning and installation services, we can also offer thermal camera measuring. This service involves recording and exporting data to your desired common graphic format. Thermal camera measuring can be used in electrical engineering to gain current terminal quality measurement, switchboard element heating measurements and magnetic circuit temperature measurement.
It is also beneficial in mechanical engineering to understand bearing, gearbox and other machine part heating testing when operating.
It can also be very useful in industry more widely as part of the inspection process of distribution systems with thermal insulation (e.g. steam or hot water).
